  1. If you have a Brazilian passport, they actually require you to use it instead of your other one.  I guess they really don't want their citizens wasting money on visa fees.

  2. If you are a Brazilian citizen then you do not need to come back to keep it.  But if you are only a resident of Brazil then you will need to maintain that residency.  The key is this if you have a Brazilian passport then you don't need to do anything else except make sure it is valid before you return to Brazil.

  4. All you would need to do is keep your passport current. For example, my Brazilian passport expires in 2009 so I'll need to renew it in order to move from Brasil to US the fastest. Its waaaay easier to get in and out with your Brazilian passport than with an immigrant one.

    Hope this helped. :)

  5. If you are a Brazilian citizen of course you don't need to visa to enter Brazil. You can go and leave at any time you desire. However if you really want to make sure, contact one of the offices of the Policia Federal:

www.dpf.gov.br  or contact one of Brazilian consulates in the USA.

  6. no but i would go to brazil every now and thten because it is beautiful
