  1. The ONLY way for you to move to Canada is to become a legal resident.  Other than that you would only be a tourist and not be able to work or open a bank account or get health care etc....

    You generally pay for any type of school here for children.  Public and private.  It is usually not much (60$) per month.  it would be to the benefit of the children to be residents also so they can get health care and immunizations etc...

    Not only that, you need to be a resident to move to Canada.  This requires a visa.


  3. yes,you need to be a resident to live there too so you will have to apply to immigrate and go through the process
