I am a USA citizen my boyfriend is Colombian?

what is the best way to marry him should I go to colombia and get merry? or bring him here first. Thank you for answers

well..if you think about papers(green card)..then go  to colombia and merry over there....and apply us embassy...or if you love him then what ever you want.....

Have him get here on his own first, do it legally, get a green card, become a US citizen, then marry him.

Other wise, if he asks for money to get here, he could leave you. Or if you go there, you could be sold on the Black Market as a slave, trust me, it happens. You would disappear and never be heard from again.

If you want him to move here, you can use the K-1 Fiancee visa and it will mean you must marry in the US.

If you want to marry in Colombia, you can do so, then petition for a spouse visa when you return to the US. You will have to be separated after marriage to use this plan (abouit 8-10 months before he can move to the US).

He is only marrying you to gain entry to the US. If he wants to marry you then he would come to you with out asking for money. If you go to him then you may be endangered by being in that country with no friends or family to help you.

First decide where you are going to live. If it is the US then he needs to apply for a fiance visa from his country.
