  1. Of course you can for a holiday, you just need the appropriate visa.


  2. You would have a hard time getting back into America because you don't have a US passport - my husband can not travel to western europe with his Russian passport and then return to America very easily....

    Check with an immigration lawyer for sure, but I'm sure you would have problems.

"Coldgrey" is completely wrong...I don't want you to worry about getting back into the U.S.  You certaninly may travel outside the U.S.  You will need to carry your green card and your passport from Viet Nam.  See first site below and read paragraph on "International Travel."  See second site for visa info for Australia.
