I am a bachelor in biochemistry, but I would like to do nursing help

I am permanant resident in Canada, is that possible that I can get a nursing course, am I eligible for the nursing course, how should I apply and whether I should do toefl is there anything I can do, please help me

  1. Most larger universities with nursing programs have an accelerated program to obtain a Bachelor's in nursing for those who have a bachelor's in another field. Try getting on the websites for schools near you and going to their school of nursing page to find out if they offer an acclerated program.


  2. Apply for nursing school - do a 2-year program to start so you can get your license, then worry about transferring credits for your bachelor's in nursing if you want.  Most schools will offer some really good scholarships - especially in the states.

  3. contact colleges that you are interested in attending and talk to their career planning departments.  Best of luck!
