Contrary to popular opinion, shaving does not induce the growth of facial hair. Some men, just cannot grow much hair on their face. This generally a result of genetics, but it could also be the result of low testosterone.  The only way to know if you have low testosterone is to have a blood test taken. The results will give your doctor an indication.  If your testosterone is low, then hormone therapy may be available if your doctor considers it appropriate.
