I am a bit confused about whether to get a computer LCD screen, or a TV LCD screen?

Question

I would like the screen to double both as a TV and a computer screen. There several options tho, i can buy a LCD TV and hook my computer up to it, or buy a computer LCD screen and install a TV card in the computer or i can even buy a computer LCD with a built in TV card.

Screen size, maybe i am looking for 19-22inch widescreen (i need to go to BestBuy and see how big the screens are)

all screens (TV and computer) will be flat panel

what will be the better alternative, i also play games so maybe that is an important factor?

And what prices am i looking at?

in that size I would go with a monitor and a tv card IMO

I would buy the Tv tuner card. because they all come with PVR software that would allow me to record to my computers Hard drive.
