  1. Yes!! you can sponsor family to come into canada...i am currently trying to sponsor my partner...

You have to be an adult to be able to sponsor someone...so im saying 18..

  2. Yes u can sponsor your sister (if she is not married & u prove that she is your dependent). Only Adults (& Canadian citizens) can sponsor their family members.

  3. yes you can!

  4. No, you can normally not sponsor your sister unless she is under 18 and an orphan or special case if you have absolutely no family in Canada and no closer relatives alive that you can sponsor such as parents or children.  Your daughter will not be able to sponsor her either.

One chance, if you live in Manitoba or Alberta, they have started a provincial nominee program to fast track certain immigrants and those two provinces included a family stream type of thing.  If you don't live in those provinces, she can try applying for PNP as a skilled worker (or semi skilled in AB and BC only) but she would have to have certain job experience.  Otherwise she has an option to gain some of the semi-skilled experience and then apply or she could come on a nanny visa and work for 2 yrs. and then be eligible to apply for PR.
