  1. I'll trade you...

  2. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/m...

  3. What?  Usually it's the other way around, given that you all have national healthcare and many other government programs that our "leaders" have seen fit not to fund and extend to us.  You may want to rethink this.

  4. There are two basic types of U.S. visas:

Nonimmigrant visa - for temporary visits such as for tourism, business, work or studying.

Immigrant visa - for people wanting to be permanent residents in the United States without any time limitation.

you didn't specify what is your purpose of your move.  if you are moving because of a job, depending on the type of work you do, there would be different work visa.

it is a very long process.   check out the following website, and determine which category would fit you.  then may be consult with an immigration lawyer.  as for work visa, sometimes your US employer would have contracted immigration lawyer/attorney.  stay away from company sponsored attorney, because they do not work for your interest, but the company's interest.

  5. You have to contact US Immigration and apply for a green card.  Unless you are a specialized worker, looking to fill a specific need in the US, this will NOT be an easy thing to do.
