I am a cancer, 26 yrs old and in luv with gemini 28 yrs old from 4 years and we r deepy in luv with each other. We told our parents n his parents didn't agree n they said this match is really not good for ur future without even talking or explaining to us. They said we have talked to astrologer n he predicted this thing. So what should we do now?? Shd we stop our relation?? we r deeply hurt by his family's unpredicted response and my family is very happy n ok wid this relation. please please advise

I know how you feel...I've had that with a gemini. Sort of like an unconditional love sort of thing, too. Very passionate, very loving, a huge learning experience all the time, very fun, very affectionate, very intellectual, really what more could you ask for? I'm a cancer as well. =). My advice is......if you can, move away from where you are and start a new life together with your gemini elsewhere. If you can't move away, then, do what you can to move away in the future and wait it out for a while until you can. If you just can't move away, ever, there's no escape.......then have a secret relationship. To not be with him would be too painful, and it would be unavoidable that you would end up together sometime. But you must make sure that they don't find out, or his family might take him away.

PLEASE do NOT base the future of this relationship on astrology signs. i have nothing against being interested in astrology, as i was at one time, too. but it truly has nothing to do with how well you can work together as people. its like saying a christian and a jew can't be together. its just not true. if you love him and he loves you, then be happy and true to each other and hope everything works out for the best.

Oh god.. RUN! Gemini's are one of the worse possible matches for you in the long run, even though you say you're in love now.

Or at the very least, get a compatibility report for you two together to see where the issues would be.

I don't know about the combo when dating but as a Gemini with a Cancer mother I can tell you that it isn't always easy, Geminis can be a bit self absorbed, lol, while Cancers tend to need a lot of attention, maybe it's just my family but I just thought I would give you that bit of info. in case it comes up in the future. :-/ Good luck and always let your heart be your guide, don't listen to anything or anyone else, you know whats right for you.
