I am 15, I long ago realised that noone can change other people's free will, and that people respond better when you aren't harping on them

I can stand harpers... especially steven harper!!!

Anyway I started to listen to myself talk, and a lot of the time I was hearing myself say thing like "SOMEONE should do this" or "SOMEONE should do that" and I started to change that 'someone' to 'I' and once I did that I found it was a lot easier to get things done

Today me and the other two co founders, one of which is 11 years old, made a sign and went out and picked up garbage around town. We got two donations but I still overheard people watching us saying things like "at least someone's doing it"

We are on out way to making a website. Does anyone have idea's on how we can become more known. We are in Alberta, Canada

We need more volenteers

  1. Nice that you are doing that are doing for your community.

Try talking to you school peers and your counsels. go to your community meetings. I dont know if you have city halls or but best wishes too you.

  2. What does P.I.U. stand for?

You'll find that it's easy to get applause from others, but finding more volunteers is a great challenge. The best way to get more people involved is to personally invite them. Word of mouth is the most powerful tool when recruiting.
