I am a college student and i need to buy a tv. will best buy (or whereever) let me finance it?

i'm 19 yrs old. I have never financed anything before and I do not have a credit card. But my mom said its a good idea to start building my credit with something easy like this. My problem is I dont know if I will qualify to finance it. Anyone know the answer?

Why not get one used from craigslist or ebay?  Store financing is very expensive.

Only Best Buy's loan approval department knows the answer.  Just apply for their credit card and see what happens.  You'd be surprised at how many lenders want to offer you credit.  Just be smart about it.
