I would try social networking. I have made most of my business contacts through online systems.  The system I have had most luck with is secretfreecashsystem.com .  It puts you in touch with every sort of business type you can imagine- those looking to start up or those already experiencing great success.

I am still learning but hopefully one day Ill be looking for a partner in another country too =0)
