  1. yes .if you bought the panels they are yours

  2. Check with the council, I think that they might count as fixtures and fittings. In which case, no.

  3. as long as you return the garden to the condition it was when you moved in, you can take them with you, but you will have to put right any holes you made when putting in the posts or the council will do it and bill you for the work including labour

  4. If there was an original boundary fence there, prior to you erecting the panel fencing, then it must be put back up, before you move on.

Otherwise it ok for you to just take your fence.

  5. yes BUT if there was a council fence there b4 yrs n u took it down to put yr new bought 1 there then u must replace it b4 taking yr bought fence with u to yr new home either by putting the prob S****y council 1 bk r get a cheap nasty 1 to compensate otherwise the council will change u over the odds.

  6. if they are yours yes you can,!!

  7. yes providing you leave the fencing as it was prior to putting up yours .if you had say a wooden fence before put a wooden one back or the council will bill you for it when you leave, our council charges £60 a meter for wooden fencing.
