I am a cross country runner? ?

I am a cross country runner. I have been a cross country runner for 3 years but this has never happened my ears clog constantly so it is hard for me to breath. It happens more often at the top of hills. anyways if you have cures or suggestions please answer me back!

You could have asthma...I don't have it, but my friend does and it seems like those are the same symptons he has.

You might not think you do, but asthma can appear anytime in your life, so check a doctor and see what they have to say.
