Collect few herbs like custard apple, neem, calotropis, ipomoea, chilli and turmeric in 1:1 proportion. Make 12-18 gm total qty of powder for 1 ltr of water. Prepare paste out of that and mix in 2 ltr of water. heat till 1 ltr water remains. Leave over night. Filter and add little soap or u can use commercially available spreader or sticker. Use to spray. U may need 1 ltr of formulation for an acre.

There are two articles below you absolutely need to read. If you must grow eggplant/ brinjal then you need to adopt a strategy beyond just spraying your plants every other day. Your just killing the land and the life of the insects you need to stop the pests and you will eventually create a pest that is resistant to your sprays.
