  1. It is hard, the same which nationality you have (include if you are married to a mexican citizen).

    First look for a job, if you are good enough, they will sponsor your FM3


  2. Work visas are only granted AFTER you have a firm offer from a Mexican company.

    If you're under 35, it might be easier to get a student visa, come over and find a job, then switch your status. If you're over 35, then getting a tourist visa shouldn't be that hard (student is easier, of course).

  4. You cannot just apply for a work visa to Mexico, then go and look for a job.  you must have a specific employer who will offer you a job and sponser your work visa...the visa is for that specific job.  it is very difficult to find work in mexicao and jobs are low paying.
