  1. At first you have to have a valid u.s green card. If your in the states and you want to apply for a visit visa to australia then most likely you will get it. If your outside of u.s.a and in your home country phillapines, most likely you will be treated as a phillapines citizen and having a u.s.a green card is a plus. However it all depends on your current status in the  philapines and u.s.a and your nature of travel to australia. Do some research because the Migrant laws have changed dramaticly...cheers...

  2. It makes no difference unless you are a citizen of the US. Australia and the US and UK have a visa wavier program allowing citizens a tourist based stay for up to 90 days without a visa.

As you are a Philippine citizen you will require a visa to enter Australia. http://www.immi.gov.au has all the details.

  3. us green card means bugger all

if traveling on a philippine passport you need a visitor visa
