  1. strengthen in order of importance

    1. calves

    2. ankles

    3. hamstring/quads

    4. shoulders

    5. bench press and core

i was kinda in the same boat last year lacking speed and strengthening the first 3 i mentioned really seemed to help

next, run sprints in the sand(resistance)

    and box jumps

hope i could help. they really helped for me

    good luck bro

  2. You have too have this mentality: No one's stopping me, I'm gonna pound the ball right into their faces, and never lose confidence. Also, LT has a ridiculous workout routine, look for it, I don't feel like finding it. Also, train your legs, and do a lot of running, football takes more training than any other sport, because it is based off of strength and quickness, rather than hand-eye coordination and skill.

  3. I would look for LT's workout
