It depends on which university you wish to study at. Generally speaking education in Canada is less expensive for international students than their American counterparts, although there are plenty of affordable community colleges in the U.S. which will save you some money before you transfer to a four-year university and there are still plenty of affordable four-year universities too. It is just a matter of research.
