What's gonna stop you my dear.You're done with high school and next step is to go to uni wherever you feel like.What you need to do is to apply to the uni of your interest and if you are accepted flap your wings and GO!Don'nt waste any time.

of course you can.you have finished high school and have got your diploma,so you can continue you education wherever you want. i guess your only problem would be the language!
