I have my workouts down (running 3-6 miles twice a day combined with swimming and weight training) but i want to take it to another level by changing up my diet a little. I have looked into protein shakes, bars etc and i've found that for people my age i should try these - Whey protein - HMB - Casein Any information about the above mentioned or anything else that has worked for any long distance runner out there is gladly welcomed. (By the way i am 5'7" 130lbs if that is relevant )
