I am a high school student and I hoping to have a career in primatology and anthropology...?

What can I do now to jump start my career? Should I try and find volunteer oppurtunities? How can I get involved in anthropology and primatology now?

Contact your local University Anthropology departments, and offer to help with projects you find interesting, on a volunteer basis during the summer!

You can also try contacting your local zoos!

Definitely call up your zoos. Of course you are aware of the amount of schooling it takes and your potential income?  Let's just say the two answers to those questions are not very much and a lot (not necessarily in that order).
