I am a learning disability as well as A.D.D.. What would be a good diet set up to help control this?

  1. You need to eat and drink all things that have no artificial colour, preservatives, and other additives. You should see a naturapath/dietitian who can help, but a good one not a weird one. They can explain how these things act on the body with negative effects. ADD has become more common the more we use artificial things in our food. Do you have  a hobby or active in sports. Many people with ADD find martial arts useful for controlling their body and mind. Since you are a vegetarian the naturapath/dietitian can make sure you are eating the correct amount of foods you need to get your minerals and vitamins. A good place to start is to contact the association near you who focus on people with ADD/ADHD

    If the medication works do not stop taking it without medical supervision. If you can take more control of your condition with changes in food, exercises and support you may be able to stop it or reduce it (UNDER MEDICAL ADVICE). Can I just say you are not a learning disability, you are a person with a learning disability. In other words you are a person first. Good luck and read as much as you can to understand yourself. Find stories of others who have achieved much even with a learning disability
