I am a libra born on Sept. 27. Am I in a cusp?

Also I just started seeing someone who is a leo. Although I believe astrology holds some truth, I am NOT the social butterfly I'm supposed to be. I am very shy and have few friends. How will we be campatible? So far I can see he has a very strong personality and I am more docile and go with the flow.

Well no you're not on the cusp but many would consider you in the cusp week. Their is a big difference between Libra's born in the month of Sept. and those born in the month Oct.  My mom is Sept. 29th and she is no social butterfly either!  There is more to your chart then your sun sign and in general you are compatible with Leo's. They like pretty women on their arms and most Libra women fit that description.
