I am a licensed teacher in IN certified in Spanish and FACS. What would I need to add guidance counseling?

In Florida, you would be required to obtain a Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling.  It took me about 2 years to get mine while working full time (took 2 classes at a time). I also had to take the state certification exam in Guidance to add it to my teaching certificate.

Every state might have their own requirements. HOWEVER, the American School Counselor Association does have suggested courses that should be included so most states probably require the same.
