I'm in high school and guess what I'm procrastinating right now lol!! I need to stop!! BUT how???

Lock yourself in a room. Stay focused on what you have to do before time runs out

why procrastinate now when you can procrastinate later?

Set a START time...and a duration.

Rather than "I'll FINISH homework by 9pm" say

"I'll START my homework at 7 and work for 45 minutes"

Try it - it's more effective...unless you really just don't want to do it then nothings gonna work...you'll just end up in the gutter...homeless and poor because you put everything off....wait...probably not....because you'll put that off as well....
