M D in Philippines and want to take nursing there? what subjects will I take? or what do I do?

Despite your advanced knowledge of medicine, you have not been educated in nursing.  These are different disciplines, with different theories and practices.

You will probably have already met all requirements for any prerequisites, but will need to attend the standard nursing school courses of the nursing curriculum to become an RN.

This may be difficult for you, as it may be your tendency to work from medical diagnoses, rather than nursing diagnoses, but you will probably find the coursework for many of the courses repetitive, and in most cases simplified, as the pathophysiology and pharmacology portions are necessarily abbreviated in most nursing programs, when compared to medical school programs.
