I am a minority shareholder in an S corporation. I've had a falling out with the other shareholders

they are keeping me in the dark. I have repeatedly asked for financial info and such and gotten no response. Now, I have heard that they have sold the business, but I was never told about or allowed to vote on the sale. What can I do?
