My issue is that I use the same e-mail address as my personal e-mail and whenever I send to a hotmail account, I get a mailer daemon back that their has been complaints from my IP address. Do I have to just get a new e-mail account?

  1. Hmmm.... you cannot contact those people and ask them change their e-mail settings? If not, you could maybe, just in case they still read the list mails, send them an explanation of the situation to the address they have on your list and if they do not react, delete them from your group.

  2. You can contact Yahoo Customer Care for help. Here is how:

    http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/...

    http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/...

  3. send an email off to  yahoo customer care see what  they say

  4. hotmail is having many conflicts with Yahoo- and this could just be another one of them.

  5. there is nothing you can do on that point because members are the ones that delete/unsubscribe/report, but I am sure yahoo saw that the emails were not sent as spam but as a group mailing
