I am a moderator and want all members to be sent a document when I put it in the files section of the group.?

This is so those who join the group will receive a quarterly newsletter sent to their email address - I want this to happen automatiaclly once they have signed up rather than send a message that it is available to download. Is this possible?

well, you can check the box to notify the group once you create it. it send a link to direct them to that file but other than making it an auto file, I do not think it would be sent in full as a auto file the day you create it. you'd be better off sending it as a post.
