I am a moderator for a yahoo group. Our invites to all hotmail accounts are not going through.?

Question

All of our YahooGroup invites to only hotmail accounts either bounce back or do not go through to the hotmail accounts, even if the hotmail account has entered the yahoogroup email as safe and/or turned down their junk mail filter. Has anyone in Yahoo groups have similar problems recently?

i have also same problem with hotmail.

so i am not using hotmail now

many groups are experiencing issues with hotmail and hotmail generally always has issues. I think they're marking them as spam at the moment.

send them the direct link to the group to their mail, providing the group isn't closed- then they can just click the link and join by clicking the great big blue Join This Group! tab

I have sent countless invites using all types of email addresses.  The issue is that the receiver has to use that email address to create a Yahoo! profile (if none exists for that individual) or modify their profile by adding their hotmail address.  I have dozens of groups with members using Hotmail accounts.  

One of the groups I own, I moderate via my Hotmail account.

I get my group owner mail on a minute by minute basis!

As others have mentioned, this may be a temporary glitch, but is not a ongoing issue.
