I am a moderator of a group....how to ban a member ?

If you have a message of his, any message of his  handy open it and  on the right  you will see "ban author".  Click and follow the prompts.

If the member in question has posted to your Group, then click on one of this member's messages to show it.  On the right-hand side of the resulting screen, click the Ban Member link.  Don't forget to confirm your intentions on the next page.
