I am a moderator of a group.i get a "message" button when i log in!but not so for members !can they also have

i want my group member to post messages , so that it is posted to all members yahoo id's and it is there on the site( similar to a message board) ......so that when ever a new member logs in , or if members have accedentally deleted the message sent to them ....it will be there on the group site for everybody in the group to see! like message board ....and the moderator should be able to remove or add meggages . how do i provide this "message board" feature to members

management- under group settings click messages- Posting and Archives (Edit) <-- click edit- under archives options check members- click save changes
