I am a moderator of a yahoo group. How do I help members who are not receiving our mail (servers bounce)?

Some members are unable to receive the Group Invites I have sent out....so I direct added them to the group. But it seems that they are STILL not receiving group messages. I think their email servers are blocking them as SPAM. How can I instruct them to overcome this problem?

you first have to determine where the issue is. if it is their mail server- then the members need to contact them and ask for that site to be put on a white list.

once you added them- you should locate them within the members list to see what the mail settings are for them.
