i am 5'7 and i weigh 140 pounds i need to loose 20 pounds in 3-4 weeks

any ideas i only need it for one photo shoot

then i can go back to normal

  1. You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.


  2. go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

    p.m.  People  achieve  marvellous  results  with it. Depending on your

    initial  weight,  you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat  wheat  then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't  eat  junk  food,  and  you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is

    still  balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.


  3. good luck trying, but its pretty much impossible to lose 20 lbs in less then a month. I mean its even hard to try to lose in 2 months, so under 1 month? Ha! Good luck with that♥

    Day 1: 800 cals

    Day 2: 600 clas

    Day 3: fast

    Day 4: 300 cals

    Day 5: 700 cals

    Day 6: fast

    Day 7: 450 cals

    Day 8: 800 cals

    Day 9: fast

    Day 10: 500 cals

    follow this plan, even though I'm short, as a photographic model, I know what you're going through. This will work a charm

Even thought you demonstrate model intelligence with your spelling skills, sorry to inform you that no models are 5'7 and 140 lbs.  To be a model at 140 lbs. you would have to be about 6'5.  By the way, it's not healthy to lose weight that quickly.  I'm pretty sure models go on a coke binge when they need to drop that much weight.
