The 23-year-old cricketer, having done exceptionally well at the junior level as well as in domestic cricket, made his way to the international sport in 2010, during the Asia Cup in http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Sri-Lanka-c758. The middle-order batsman failed to make
an impression, managing merely 34 runs in three innings.

and England, but Amin could not convert his starts into big knocks.
The budding cricketer however, has performed exceptionally well in the President’s Trophy 2012-13, finishing the tournament as one of the leading run-scorers after a superb double century in the last match.
Amin’s brilliant showing in the current season has earned him a recall to the national team for the limited-over series against India, as the left-hander is picked in the T20 squad.
While speaking to Pakpassion, the talented batsman expressed his jubilation over his comeback and said that he is geared up to cement his place in the Pakistan side.
“I was delighted and also relieved to see my name in the squad. I’m making my international comeback after two years and I’m really looking forward to the training camp, working with all of the coaches in Lahore, the pre-tour build
up and the series itself in India,” Umar expressed.
Amin further added that he has learnt a lot from his past experiences of international cricket and claims that he is a much improved player now.
He added, “Looking back on that tour I wasn’t a very mature cricketer then. In the subsequent two years I have learnt a lot about cricket, myself and about my strengths and weaknesses. As difficult a tour as it was in England, I still
believe I learnt a lot from that tour.”
