i am a muslim webmaster and i want to add muslim tv stations to my site..how do i do this?

Do you own your own server, or use your computer as a server? If so, and if you have a graphics card that supports S-video, I suppose you could hook a S-video line up threw your cable box, and stream a TV channel threw that, but besides that, I can't really think of a way you could do that, unless you didn't need to stream a TV channel, then you could simply record, then place the file on you server.

Note:  Without express permission from the television stations you may, and most likely will, find yourself in litigation.

And if you do, I recommend you hire a jewish attorney.
