  1. Either would one fine or a herotage soft tail.

If you are new to riding, the heritage is more balanced and easier to handle.

Best of luck with your choice.

  2. You are just barely fat enough to ride a Harley.  Pick any one you want.

  3. Either one would be good for you, however the Street Glide has rear air shocks that are adjustable for preload (the stiffness of them) depending on weight (passenger, luggage, etc). You can adjust the preload on the Fatboy as well with the proper spanner wrench.

I think why you might be purchasing the bike is another factor to consider. If this is going to be for everyday commutes, you might like and get good use out of the standard equipment Radio, Fairing/Windshield, and Saddlebags (all can be added to the Fatboy). A nice thing about Harley is that there are countless Accessories (Harley and Aftermarket) you have access to to change the way your bike looks, feels, and performs.

  4. Either one sounds good . Fatboy might be a little lower.

  5. Anything other than a Sportster®.  I'm 6 foot and 305 and I do fine on an old FXR.

  6. As stated earlier, anything other than a Sportster should be fine.
