As a Pakistani national, you do need a visa to enter Malaysia. However you can apply for it upon your arrival at the airport. "On Arrival Visas" are only issued at two entry points, the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and Penang International Airport.

For the purpose of applying for the visa at the airport, do be ready to furnish to the immigration your return ticket as well as proof of enough fund to last for your stay in Malaysia. If you can comply with this, you'll be given a 30 days visa with option to extend it for another 30 days subject to your reasons for doing so.
