  1. If you don't open your mouth, no one will know the difference. You will need to play dumb and stupid at immigration.

  2. Going to Mexico, yes.  Coming back to the States, somewhere between no and only with great difficulty.

  3. I guess your going to stay permanently==GOODBYE

  4. you have to have some sort of ID to get out ,yet :to get back in ....

please get your papers in orders

are you going by flight ? if so ? you will not be allowed .....

    Migration and passport control

Requirements for foreigners to enter Mexico as tourists:

    a) Citizenship identification

The tourist that travel to Mexico should present an official paper of citizenship.

    This can be:

    Valid Passport

Birth Certificate (original or certified copy)

    Notaries endorsement of citizenship

do you have any papers from Mexico ? not sure this is where you are from ?

if you do get out ? you will NOT enter the US on your return :-(

    ps:

If you are traveling by plane on spring break to Mexico or Canada, please keep in mind that the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative requires all travelers to and from the Americas, the Caribbean, and Bermuda to have a passport or other accepted form of documentation to enter or reenter the United States.

  5. Deport Pedro!

  6. Probably not.

  7. You are walking on the wild side.

I'm a citizen and I keep my paper up to date.

  8. You need to consult an immigration attorney before trying this.  I assume that if you're married to a US citizen you'll eventually get back home, but you may experience some difficulty.  I would never travel without up to date paperwork.

    Good luck to you.
