I am a post graduate in chemistry presently working in a well reputed organisation, a R&D centre.

why would anyone ask a chemistry or graduate school question in the SPECIAL ED section?  do you even know what special ed means?  how can you be so smart with a degree in chemistry and not know what special ed is?  or is it just that you don't understand how to use yahoo answers properly?

I know there are mentally and physically disabled people all over the world, so how can you not know what special ed means?
