  1. if you are c.a. than you should know

  2. Not a people friendly as promised earlier. The previous " Saral " was excellent and I use to take not more than 5 min to fill one form. The selection of suitable form itself take much more time. The elaborate description to be filled needs lot of home work, along with calculation to be made on a plain sheet to cross verification, before entering the details in the form. Secondly, as the attachments were not permitted, every one was anxious to know how to submit their TDS certificates.

In total, it has made every tax payer to rush to the nearest Chartered accountant or a Financial consultant, to get their returned filed before the due date. You should be happy, like me, that we made some extra money this year.

In all probability the present forms are expected to be taken back ( as it was introduced on an experimental basis ), our FM has indicated this feeling recently. Let us wait.

  3. Your question is wrong.

New forms are good and bad. It has a lot of deficiences. Govt. should consult / obtain suggestion from CA etc. for betterment of forms.

  4. ITR - 1 was simple enough which I filed on my own without any problem.  I believe there will be even more detailed ones next year?

For our small Company, we are told that the new e forms have not yet been released.  Is this true?

  5. ITR 1 is much more simpler than even Saral
