I am a "big" girl who needs to find a good bra, can any one help?

ok I'm a "big" girl, and my entire life i have spent looking for bras. I have done the home measuring and according to them I'm a 55D, now i know that is wrong since i barely fill up the B cup I'm wearing, I'm at a loss as to what to do does any one have any suggestions???

I have the same problem.  If you're in the US try Lane Bryant.  They has always been extremely helpful to me.  If you have a store near you they will measure and fit you.  If not, look them up online - maybe they can still help.

"big"? you mean BIG ive never even heard of that

you have to order stuff like that online they dont sell them anywhere

Nordstrom or look online and find someone in your area who can make you a custom bra

The width measuered is only the width needed. For a cup size you need to measure at the fullest point. If it is that difficult to figure out, go to A specialty store and they will do the correct measurements and help you out. Victoria Secrets has great reps and great bras.

If your in the UK the only place I would advise is "Bravissimo"...  i've had loads of problems with being measured inaccurately and finding that bra's for bigger busts are ugly as h**l.... but bravissimo stuff is lovely :)
