I am a really keen swimmer and need help !!!?

Have Just started and im 13 years oldd yh and im really scaredd so i use pads but i want to use tampons because i go swimming every week and im a very keen swimmer :(

Use tampons. Talk to other girls who do or to your mom. Find out what works best. They come in different sizes.

You can't wear pads in the water.

Buy a box of junior tampons, there are instructions in them :)
