the house is in forclosure and i was not told

  1. if the property belongs some body you must convince him for further stay. for this have yr own flat. wishing u for a new own flat.


  2. Keep paying your rent on time, and keep going on as normal.  Once you are notified of the foreclosure they will give you 30 days notice to move.  

    There are also circumstances where the owner can sell the home before the foreclosure goes into effect, and you may either have to move or just have a new landlord.  Really in these situations you never know what is going to happen.  

    If I were in that same situation, I would probably start looking for a place to move to now, just so you can be prepared.  Good luck!    

  3. If the property is about to be taken over by the lender, you will get thirty days notice to vacate after the ownership changes hands.  Leases of any sort do not transfer to new owners in involuntary sales (such as a foreclosure).

    Meanwhile, you still need to pay your rents to the current owner until advised otherwise.
