I am a senior nurse practitioner looking for a travel nursing job that reflects my experience - suggestions?

I love to travel, whether its within the UK or further afield. How can I go about finding a job that will use my acute/emergency nurse practitioner skills within this concept?

Cruise ships?

Extended land based tours in non English speaking / adventure style  environments, always need ready first aid etc.

Probably the best thing for you to do is to start contact Travel Nurse agencies and speak with the recruiters.  Call several as they all have different contracts.  The recruiters will be able to see what best fits your education and experience.  You'll probably find some very, very interesting possibilities.
