So heres the story. Me and my ex-fiance were together for about a year. We have known eachother for about 8-9 years. We got together and lived together for almost a year, got engaged about 5 months ago. We talked about having a kid and how nice it would be. So, we tried. What she didnt tell me was she was already trying 5 months before I even agreed to the situation. After all is said and done, she is pregnant, and told me she didnt want to be with me for the past 6 months and she is only 3 months pregnant now. She left me 3 weeks ago, and within 2 days of leaving was with another guy. I do not want to give up my child in anyway, and I would like to fight for custody. Im not sure if I could win full custody, but I would like to have full custody. She has no work experience, has no job, has insurance by the state, nothing to her name. The only way she survives is by using others, like me, and quite frankly I believe the new guy she is with, because he is supports her. Help?

  1. Nothing wrong with contacting a lawyer.  Things aren't looking good for her anyway!

  2. I don't know if understand you correctly, but she has been telling you that she doesn't want to be with you for 6 months and is now 3 months pregnant?  Could it be that the baby isn't yours?

If you really feel that it is and want to take care of it, get a DNA test to be sure because this whole thing sounds fishy to me.

  3. My cousin's gf was a professional user basically going from guy to guy to be supported. By having single children by multiple men, she receives enough child support that she doesn't have to work.  Nice racket, huh?

    You need a lawyer.  Now.

  4. get a lawer and a good one do research an if you got a job house money ect ect and  She has no work experience, has no job, has insurance by the state, nothing to her name the state would be on your side enough with the yahoo answers search a good lawer in your town
