I am a single mom of 2 in san jose ca i happen to hook up with the wrong male who ruined my life.?

i am 34 yr old woman that has never been in trouble with the law till i met this man. within two months i had a warrant out for my arrest 33 felonies to which i did none of. he was a big time fraud guy he got cars a house and alto more from my understandings. I did 6 days in jail then or`d but after that out of 5 other co-defenders i got 1 conspiracy and nothing more well in fine lines i did not know i w as gonna get stuck with 55thousand debt for victims i wasn't even with this guy when he had all luxury's but now i have to keep paying or i will go to jail i had no money for lawyer and basically got screwed. i tr yd setting a good example for my kids no tatoos no gang banging and of course no stealing i wanted to work in the police field but due to other family members i couldn't and now i haven't made my payment the judge wants me to go remand myself tomorrow i have no one to take care of my children we lost a lot a family members it is so hard what should i do?

WHat was your boy into, credit card theft, money laundering, stealing people's ID?  

You fked up, now you gotta pay the price. You wanted the nice cars and all of that but everything comes at a price. You knew this boy was trouble but you decided to hang with him anyway.

You may want to consider just serving the jail time instead of having to pay the money.

You and only you are responsible for your life. You have made so many mistakes and bad decisions in your life it is obvious just from reading the 2-3 paragraghs in your question. Get your chit together, perhaps it might be for the best if the state took your kids for a while, obviously the pressure is too much for you to handle right now.

im sorry to sound so harsh but you cant blame it all on the guy...youre an adult and you made the decision to hang with him...it was your choice..

you shouldve been thinking of your children before you thought of yourself..now theyre the ones that are paying the price..

either way the children are losing..if you pay the money, they dont get the things they need..youre taking away from them...

if you go to jail, whos gonna raise your children??

i got into trouble from being with the wrong man but i took responsibility because if i wouldve thought before acting it wouldnt have happened..

you can only get past this if you take the blame for what you did and quit putting it on someone else...

remember easy money and nice things come with a price if you dont earn them yourself..
