  1. Try going to the gym 2-3 times a week and lift weights and do toher strength training. Gradually work up to heavier weights. Also, make sure you are eating enough and that you have a balanced diet. DO NOT try to just eat lots of protein because that may even stunt you're growth

  2. Hi! I'm an Italian girl and i play in the national water-polo team..i don't speak english well but I'll try to answer you as better as i can.

Your height and your weight are not important for your success in water-polo. There are lots of small players which can play better than big players. In Italy we have a "mini-player" :Angelini, he is really small in comparison with  other players, but he was captain of italian national team and he is very strong! the fact to be a small player can help you to be fast and agile.

You are very young and your physique will grow up naturally, playing this fantastic sport..maybe you'll play in the national team one day, and we'll meet somewhere in the world! A kiss from Italy! Non smettere di sognare!

  3. Well, I haven't been through this but I have a friend who did.

Try going to the gym 2-3 times a week and lift weights and do toher strength training.  Gradually work up to heavier weights.  Also, make sure you are eating enough and that you have a balanced diet.  DO NOT try to just eat lots of protein because that may even stunt you're growth.  This may help some but you also have to wait for your growth spurt.

With all the swimming and eggbeatering that you will be doing you will definately bulk up some.

~ Since you've just started you shouldn't be too hard on yourself and you should focus on getting better and having fun!
